"My worst motel experience with reservations and no"

It was the worst experience at a hotel. I made a reservation online that and when I got to the motel they told me they were booked up they have no room for me I thought on drove two and a half hours then to have to turn on around and come right back home and now they are not going to refund off my car and I didn't even stay in the motel

It's the worst motel I've ever stayed in...you all should not be representing them at all...they make you all look very bad...they refused my pre pay with you guys I had to pay again thanks for my refund by the way...but they did not give me the king room I paid for I got a room with 19 inch t.v. taped up remote toilet was dirty.... Absolute disaster....

"Horrible Hetel.com horrible HOTEL"

Went to check in , office closed, no way to get a room , I had to drive another hour south and pay for a second room! Confirmation email daid nothing about ofiice closing and no way to check in!

"Absolutely horrible experience "

Room key didn’t work second night. The front office closes at 11 and no emergency number. Had to sleep in the truck and they wouldn’t refund the night. When I did get to stay in my room the condition of the place is rancid. Probably was better off sleeping in the car anyway.

pictures are deceiving. They did give me a refund after three rooms later. First room, someone else was already checked in that room. 2nd was supposed to be non-smoking.. OMG the room smelled like smoke as soon as we opened the door. 3rd room, the covers had sand spurs and dog hair on the top of the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE>
