our reservation was refused. why take them if you don’t honor them? nearly ruined my birthday weekend trip.

We were told by the hotel that Expedia had overbooked their property and there were lots of reservations that could not be honored. So, after a 15-hr drive we had to try to find another property. We called 5 other places before a vacancy was found, and it was sub-par and that's giving it some credit. Very disappointed!

It’s was in terrible condition. Smell was awful.

If you need to stay with not luxuries or specific stuff is okay .

The floor stayed wet . Believe something to do with the a/c. The bed was comfy but made noise on the tile floor

My stay here was cancelled by the hotel. I was not notified. I arrived at 10 pm, and the front office was deserted; lights off, no one around. A note said they were full and contact the booking service. What it appeared then was that they realized they could get a better price by selling to a visitor with no reservation. The Front Desk was unmanned, and looked like it had been for a while. Good luck if you were staying there getting service. After that, I contacted the chain and the hotel the next day. Expedia was of limited help, but OYO's customer support was non-existent. A complaint resulted in an automatic message to call their customer service number. That's an automated system that just tells you that your room was cancelled, and refers you to the message system. A run-around. Getting a refund was impossible. I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. They refunded my money, and then- and only then- did OYO contact me. I would never book with them again- I'd rather sleep in a Walmart parking lot. I recommend you avoid them too.

Terrible experience. Dirty. Rude. Canceled our room over charged us. Never again .

Gave away my room, didn’t have another room except smoking room. Had to drive 45 min away at 9:30 at night to get room as result. Terrible experience. Front desk clerk was rude. Will never book at this hotel again.

We reserved our room and when we got there I was informed that the rooms door couldn’t be unlocked with the car key I had to get the maintenance man to come unlock it manually anytime I left I would have to have a maintenance man come and unlock it for me we wanted to go to the casinos didn’t wanna come back she didn’t know if the maintenance man would be able to unlock it for us

Dirty, AC broke, lock on door broke, blood and cigarette holes on comforter and sheets. I was in the room for 5 min and walked back down and gave the clerk my key. I told her we will absolutely not be staying here then left.
