Terrible place - disgusting, roaches everywhere and got bed bugs from there When i complained they informed me they will spray the room down- that does not get rid of them

I liked that I asked for a first floor room & received it. They needed a new mattress it was dirty on the side & I could see it because the sheet did'nt quite fit

For a remodeled Motel they did some good things looked okay the crack in the bathroom floor could be fixed or replaced the flooring because somebody's going to cut their foot on it and the mattress was like being on a fair ride going all over the place in my husband told the gentleman at the office before we left how to fix it put a piece of plywood between the mattress and the and the base did you just

Bad experience

I did not even get the room when I went to check in after the room was paid for out of my banking account they told me that they had no rooms.So I’m 6 hours from and have nowhere to spend the night.This is the worst experience I have ever had.I didn’t have enough money to get another room because y’all had already deducted the money from my account.

At first we had a room with the ac and tv not working. But they did move us to a room where everything worked. It is a cheap place to sleep for the night but do not expect a luxurious bed or feel. Pictures don’t really match the actual place.

I had booked a room one night. This will be my first and last reservation with OYO Hotels. At 9 pm called the hotel and told a yiung lady I would be there in 2 hours. She said she would be there. My husband and I arrived to a locked door and a note saying they were sold out and if we had a reservation to call our Booking site. We were left without a room for the night. Horrible service!

The hotel first didn’t have a room available and stated too bad then they come back with this room that was. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling with one wire. The floor was so dirty you could feel the dirt move under your feet. Roaches were everywhere I mean everywhere. The door barely latched the bathroom had a hole in the wall with black mold growing all over. I slept in my car since I wasn’t able to get my money back. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never seen one like this.

Arrived late at 2am only to be turned away because they were sold out. I guess the word “reservation” means nothing ! The girl at the “window” was in sweat pants, a mid-drift shirt and barefoot. Very unprofessional. Oyo says they didn’t charge us yet Expedia states they did. Either way, 3 days have gone by and NO refund !!!!
