The location of the hotel is very accessible to many things and Surprise has some amazing restaurants and close to shopping areas. The rooms are kept clean by the housekeeping staff and accommodating to the room needs. We are pleased each month for 10 days staying at the hotel with all the staff and the care and helpfulness they show. Shout out to Caleb to always have a smile on his face and his customer service skills are exceptional. All of our interactions with the front desk employees, food/bar employees have always been professional. caring and accommodating. We appreciate everyone for always making our stays "feel like home and around friends".

"Home away from Home"

Caleb and Amanda very helpful and pleasant . Its become a second home for us while we visit our grandkids. Property is always clean , employees always friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet delicious and fresh. Our only place to stay in Az.
