The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Listen! It was such a beautiful experience. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful to see. There was a lot to do at the hotel and around (great location). My hype is more about the representatives! From my first initial contact with Caleb (who was SO kind, pleasant, respectful, and supportive-has a gracious soul!) to the interactions with the crew that was making delicious food and drinks! Big Kudos to Maria, Julie, and Yoli… (tasteful food is my weakness)… thank you to Frank for making sure everything was presented and taken care of to our liking. Definitely one of my best experiences out of town to remember! I appreciate the whole team and hope to visit again!

We stay here every year for MLB Spring Training. Walking distance to Surprise Stadium. Clean rooms with adequate amenities. Front Desk (Caleb) is very helpful and always has a smile on his face. Julie and Frank, in the dining room, are incredible. Year after year their attention to detail in all aspects continue to impress. I'm always very happy to see them every year.

Pretty much everything. The room is nicely decorated. Great shower. Plenty of channels on the TV. The staff is wonderful. And the little bistro/bar is the perfect place to unwind. They have a great selection of craft cocktails that are fun to try. I had the Mushroom and Brie bisque and 6 chicken wings. Better than most restaurants.

The only thing that I can think of is that the bed is a little firmer than I prefer. Took a gummy and never even noticed it.

Outstanding cleanliness & modern amenities. Staff always helpful & offered recommendations to nearby shops and excursions. Pay close attn to bar “happy hour” inclusions. We often thought we selected options, then learned @ billing, those options weren’t included.

Just like everyone else, we were here for baseball. The location of the hotel is great in relation to the baseball field. The room was clean, comfortable, and great. I got a room next to the ice machine and didn't hear that much going on outside. The service was fantastic as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and can't wait to again next February.

Great location to visit grandaughters attending Ottawa University

The coffee maker in the rooom did not work and no free coffee on site. We have stayed in other Hilton’s that offer free breakfast, but this one didn’t Adequate room , but pricy
