I didn't have a towel, the towel was only on the floor of the bathroom - was poor I expected more air in the room No air conditioner

- Hard sometimes to contact the staff, it's mostly closed doors. - Cleaning of bathroom should be done with more frequency. - There's not common area in the hotel.
