The room had all I needed. It had a great view/balcony, was clean, comfortable, hot water, little extra stuff that made my stay better (fridge, table/chair). The location suited me well and I was happy with general value proposition. Also I accidentally had a small mix-up with booking and the host was accommodating and helpful. He seemed solid no nonsense kind of guy.

"very friendly staff, flexible check in, clean facilities"

Owner was super helpful, upgraded my room for better one without additional money, helped to call taxi, so was really super friendly, also allowed super late check in (6 in the morning).Only please keep in mind that there are stairs, so not easy to get if u are with heavy baggage, but owner was helping me with this as well.
