Everything regarding the room and the hotel was great. It was really good according to its price.

I had only trouble with the hot water when I take a shower. It was a bit challenging to change the cold water to hot water.

Location was great, everything you need is within the area. The owners were responsive if you need anything. The owners are very nice and will try to help you to the best of their ability.

No elevator, not for those who have heavy baggage. The room was not the cleanest, and could be improved. Owners do not know how to speak english, it was the most difficult part especially if you need something.

The owner is very kind and his wife as well , he helped me to move the luggages to the room Early and easy check in Room is big with very good view and balcony Mini bar and kettle Very near to the Georgian bakery and supermarket 5 minutes by Bolt " Car " to the freedom square Highly recommended

It is main issue in Georgia for hotels No elevator no " Shatafa " , but it is fine
