Wet dirty and smelly no lifts poor hygiene

Nice view . With Terrace room .great location..

Good location as close to shops, big room, comfy bed. 2nd time staying and I will go back again as I like it here

City centre location

Rooms were dirty and wife refused to stay We did get an on the spot refund though.

Location is great

Facilities are dated and showing their age Cleanliness Strong smell of drugs As a female I did not feel safe and left as early as I could

The property elevator wasn’t working - had to climb 5 flights stairs with suitcases to reception The hotel was tired and door left open all night The hotel was unmanned. A mobile number provided but didn’t answer the phone. I think all night it was left unattended and for thst reason I didn’t feel safe with doors open and no management of who was entering or exiting. The WiFi didn’t work Shower was flooding the floor On check out not a sold there and the property left unmanned again at 9am in the morning No coffee bar or anything. This is not a 4 star property Absolutely not Chec

Great location for De Montfort university and shopping/eating. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Sadly the lift was not working and I had to walk up three levels of stairs to the reception on third floor with heavy baggage. However I was allocated a room on the first floor so I didn't have to do that again.
