Location is good as it is near to the tram station and also direct link to the airport. However, it is a bit far from Venice.

A bit noisy from the tram, I guess.

Silent (when shutters is closed) clean room with 4 star hotel feeling. Well organized bathroom. Friendly and supportive staff. Coffe access with no limits ;). Close to T1 Tram stop (direct do Venezia).
