Really nice host, very approachable and easy to communicate. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Good value for money. Basic room facilities but room was spacious and clean.

The property was located close to the road. Despite that, noise was not an issue.

The location was very good, the bus/tram are in one-minute distance, so you don't need to walk a lot from the building. The neighbourhood seemed safe, which was important for us. The guest house and our room were really nice, neat and tidy. In addition, the owner was also friendly and helpful, he could give us some great advice and tips how to get to the centre of Venice and what to visit (it took 35-40 min by bus, we were ok with it). There was a free parking space in the backyards, which helped us to leave the car there during our stay.

Maybe it would have been good to have more storage options in the room (e.g. one more chair, a table or shelves).

Nice host, very polite and helpful he was very flexible with the check-in and check-out so that was extremely amazing. Also, the room was extremely clean and tidy.

Not that I did not like but perhaps improving the second bed in the room.

Perfect place for visiting Venice if you don't want to stay in centre. Place have parking it's 10min drive to one of big parking spots in Venice from there you can go on good or vaporetto to explore city. Tram is just outside of accommodation in 20min you are on same spot as with car in Venice. Rums are comfortable and clean all in all great experience highly recommend.

Location Comfortable bed

we stayed 3 nights and in none of the 3 nights our towels were changed and no cleaning was done. they entered the room only to make the bed (which was already made) and to arrange my products on the bathroom sink (I have never seen this before). when you take a shower, everything on the floor gets wet and the air conditioner didn't work(in the night was a little cold). poor breakfast, we had to eat after an hour.

Owner was incredibly kind and helpful, also the location is spectacular being right along the tram/bus line. Additionally there are a few restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.
