Host was courteous and helpful- easy access to Venice by public transportation ( just outside the front entrance)

I appreciated a lot the warmth of the owners. They helped us with the transport in the city, they explained us in a very detailed way how and where we can buy tickets for the tram (by the way, the tram station is very close to this property, like 3 minutes walking). The station name is Cervino and there are 18 stations to Venezia-Piazzale Roma. (40 minutes). Also, they recommended us some place where we can eat (please, try "Trattoria Pizzeria Da Piero", you will not regret it). Another aspect that mattered a lot to us was the cleanliness of the room and of the entire house. ( it was very, very clean:10/10) Initially we didn't opt ​​for breakfast, but later we had it and we were very satisfied about it. Its price is 8 euros per person and it is well worth it. They have both salty options (ham, cheese, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt) and sweet options (croissants and various types of cakes). They also have coffee, a very good one. Close to the accomodation is a market and also a fruit and vegetable market. ( I think this is an advantage too). In conclusion, we highly recommend this accommodation. if we come back we know where we will stay.

There s no iron at the property. It s something you can consider to bring with you if you like to have your clothes ironed. Also, maybe there may be a possibility of being available at the accommodation. (In the near future).

Lovely place to stay, very clean, exactly as the pictures showed. The man on reception was very helpful and friendly. We stayed here rather than in Venice, he helped us with information on the tram in and out. €1.50 each way so much better than staying in Venice and close enough for the exemption on the Venice day fee.
