The staff were all very attentive pre empting customer needs. Hotel grounds including pool area and stunning beach were amazing.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights last week. We had the absolute best time😊The staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The resort and grounds were stunning. The beach at the resort was the best beach we have ever swam in. So calm and clean perfect for swimming. Our room was amazing and the food was delicious. We have just got back home to Australia and we are already looking to book to come back😊🍹🏝️

Almost unique in hospitality business the staff here were without exception outstanding . We interacted during our 8 days stay with countless staff and were always greeted with the biggest smiles and greetings . The attitude was one of what can I do for you. Part Thai culture but also rigorous training by the management. Beach was calm and always sunny ! Several dining venues with local and international flavour to satisfy the most fastidious guest . Hotel facilities were extensive and well maintained . While list would be too long I do want to mention some staff who were extremely helpful : Chalini and Lillaynne at reception , Navaporn at the Larest Recipe , F&B manager Raj who made sure the dining experience was enjoyable . I may have left out few other staff due to lack of recall of their beautiful albeit longish names .

My stay at Le Meridien Phuket Beach was exceptional in every way – especially when it comes to the superb gastronomy, the wide range of sports facilities, and the truly wonderful spa experiences. The culinary experience throughout the hotel is truly top-class. From the breakfast selection to international dishes and authentic Thai cuisine, every meal impressed with its freshness, variety, and excellent preparation. The service was consistently attentive, warm, and professional, making me feel welcome and well taken care of at all times. The sports facilities are equally impressive. The fitness center is modern and very well equipped, offering everything needed for an effective workout. I was particularly impressed by the spacious lap pool, which is perfect for both serious swimmers and those who simply want to enjoy a few relaxing lengths. A true highlight beyond sports was Le Spa. The massages are simply outstanding – deeply relaxing, professionally executed, and perfectly tailored to individual needs. The tranquil atmosphere, combined with the high level of expertise of the therapists, creates a holistic wellness experience that leaves you completely rejuvenated. It was the perfect balance to the active parts of my stay. However, the absolute highlight for me was the tennis facility. The courts are beautifully maintained and set in a stunning environment – but what truly makes the difference is the exceptional coach, Kwan. His expertise, enthusiasm, and ability to adapt to individual skill levels are remarkable. He has a great eye for technique and knows exactly how to motivate and inspire improvement while keeping every session enjoyable. Training with him was not only highly effective but also genuinely fun – without a doubt the highlight of my stay. Conclusion: This hotel sets a benchmark in gastronomy, wellness, and sports. For solo travelers who value quality, variety, and outstanding personal attention, this is the perfect destination. I will definitely return!
