I like the location, a few steps to church and fast food chains, bell boy are very polite and attentive , the smile of people from the reception area couldn’t miss at all that really shining.

Friendly staff. We stayed almost a month and no complains.

For the price point this hotel is a gem. If you like to stay in BGC without breaking the bank then this hotel is for you. It's is in the edge part of BGC though. A block away from the not so developed area. It's probably why it's cheaper. The staff treatment is like a 5 star hotel. All smiles, opens the door for you, meets your taxi and helps with luggage kind of stuff. I initially had a room without a view and asked the front desk kindly to move me if possible and they were so accommodating, they did move me. It's modern and clean without frills. I would compare it to the affordable chain hotels in Japan like APA but bigger in size and the bathrooms are not modular. And they don't come with toiletry kit, you have to buy them for 45pesos. It does have built in soap in a dispenser in the shower and sink area. There's a 7 eleven, Starbucks outside and a cafe downstairs. I just wish it was closer to High Street or Burgos, but other than that this is a great choice.

First time to stay at a Red Planet and I learned that They don’t accept walk-ins. Rates are based on occupancy surges. Telephone located near elevator - had to change sheets upon arrival due to stain issues but was quickly resolved. Easily asked for extra pillows at no extra charge. Also asked for late checkout- was given an extra hour for free. Rooms were bare minimum. A chair, tv, ac, bed, shower with 3-in-1 shampoo pump, kettle with 2 mugs, 4pc hangers on wall to hang whatever- no closet and refrigerator. Very nice location (not central BGC but about 4 blocks from mega world mall) for it’s price- nearby McDonald’s, Burger King, Dunkin’ Donuts, a cafe, atm machines, grab food locker on-site. Lots of available parking slots! Friendly and helpful staff.
