I would have given a perfect score if the air conditioning system is better/cooler. Short & sweet stay. Walking distance to Xylo and other amenities. Clean,. staff are friendly.

Property is simple, clean and friendly. It is for those who are minimal accommodationsNo frills . Staff is very professional and friendly. In nice quiet surroundings. Walkable to 9th street. 9th street remind me a bit of the vegas strip. Lots of shops and restaurants

Place was minimalist, clean, great location at BGC. No hand soap, no cable or on-air tv, un-air-conditioned hallways...perhaps their way of being eco.

"A solid hotel in the heart of BGC"

The hotel itself is pretty new and I’d say the best part is the staff, extremely polite, helpful and efficient always, my only critic are the size of the rooms because I wish they’d be a bit bigger but to me honest with e the price point and location I guess i really can’t ask for much more, the location of this hotel I say is also another strong asset, nested in the heart of BGC it is within walk distance to 3 malls, restaurants and parks, access to the airport is also very easy but take always traffic into account

The hotel is clean and the lobby smells so good.The room is just enough for two. i just wish they provide two card keys
