The hotel was located near great establishment, walking distance to Uptown mall and easy to get everything we need. My parents had an awesome stay since the hotel was so clean. Everybody's friendly and accommodating, from the all smiling guards, the fresh people from the conceirge, cleaners and up to their nice management.

Great for one night stay. The check in process could've been a bit better. I was waiting for a good 20 minutes to get my key. It would also be good if there was a water dispenser on each level so you didn't have to always go to reception to fill up water. But great amenities around the area.

The room was small but it's clean. The other thing is, you can hear the voices and any sound from your neighboring room. Other than that, staff are friendly. The location is convenient to the mall and other food stores.

"Very good budget hotel - great value for money"

Been to other Red Planet branches in the country and outside the country. The service is consistent, very hospitable and good customer service. All the staff are very nice, the rooms are always clean, great value for money and highly recommended for budget travelers. The location is very good too.
