Fairfield Inn & Suites Lafayette I-10

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast was all gone at 8:45.

Shower curtain was put on backwards causing water to leak into bathroom. Couldn’t turn water off in tub. Knob is broken

Friendly staff, clean, hot breakfast. Would come back yo this properly

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The location was quiet.

For a Marriott-affiliated property, this property leaves a bit to be desired. TV in room was faulty (too dark to be seen) and had apparently been move from another room (the room on the TV was not the room we were in.). Breakfast was poorly supplied and lean. Water pressure was miserable, even on first floor…shower sucked big time. It was clean. Staff were courteous and friendly, but they appeared understaffed.

Good location. Room was nice and cold when we walked in. Bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly.

No body was at the front desk to check in or out. Break feast was 30 minutes late , area is unsafe

Keys not able to unlock the door, counter stall had to come let me in. Someone did a poor job of trying to fix the toilet flush flapper. Everytime the toilet was flushed the flapper came off and the tank would not fill, water just kept running. Fixed it myself since they had no one that could fix the door (or toilet). Coffee maker in the room did not work. Water boiled in the tank but would not go through the filter... had to unplug it to stop the water from going everywhere. They need a good maintenance person!
