Faye was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient. She ensured we checked in smoothly and right on time, even handling everything with a smile and genuine care. Her attention to detail and positive energy turned what could have been a standard check-in into a delightful experience. What stood out most was how Faye went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome. She communicated clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure our arrival was seamless. Thanks to her, our stay started on such a high note and only got better from there. Because of Faye’s amazing customer service, we felt so well taken care of that we’re already planning our return trip. She single-handedly made our visit even more special and memorable. Very accommodating!! The breakfast was ahead of schedule for our early work shifts and there was food served nightly during our stay in the lobby. All staff were very friendly and the location had quick food around that was walkable. Rooms were clean and atmosphere was fun.

This location has been incredible for Masters week! Super clean, great amenities, and wonderful staff. Liz is awesome! She helped us solve booking issues, get our rooms on time, and even set up fun games to play in the lobby, including evening activities and happy hours! Cleanest hotel pool I have ever seen! Overall 10/10 experience for everyone on our team!!

The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and professional.

The most welcoming and wonderful lady Faye helped us throughout the trip. Helped with restaurant recommendations, last minute package deliveries, and general hotel services. Came over and said good morning during every breakfast and had coffee with us in the lobby.
