Garner Hotel Augusta West by IHG

Location was quiet despite being near shopping places

Past reviews stated hotel was clean, but I beg the differ. We found hair strands on bed, counters, toilet, like not wiped down or swept good. Hotel might've been renovated, but there was a horrible ant problem in our bathroom. We told clerk at front desk, but we stayed in room. Unfortunately, woke up in middle of night to use bathroom and ants were everywhere in there. We got relocated to another room on same floor at about 3:00 am. It was awful and an inconvenience, but I will say the front desk clerk was nice. We will not stay there again though.

Distant from friends was good.

The room was not clean yet.

My kids loved the beds but to me the beds where hard and guest where screaming in the middle dot he night

Kaden the desk clerk at the time did an excellent job. My room as adjoined to a loud neighbor and I requested to move to a quieter room. Kaden went above and beyond helping me find a good room I could finally get some much needed rest.
