I had a reservation at this property with Wyndham coming up. This property is longer with Wyndham. Thank goodness for anyone coming up with reservations here. No communication from Wyndham on the transfer of Brand. No resolution or help to find other accommodations, all agents who took my call from Wyndham did not even know its was not their property anymore.. This Gardner Hotel property by IHG when I contacted them was immediately empathetic to help resolve my problem and did so within (2) days. Not only the agent from the property that answered phone directly...but the manager who followed up immediately the next day. Whyndam Hotels.....No apologies from customer service, no compensation, no help, and no call back as promised. Book here at this Garner Hotel property or IHG. They care about you!!!!
