"Great stay only a few minor issues"

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance, Asheville. The hotel was very chic and comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail. The beds and liens were wonderful. The only things that I can mark off points for were, the air conditioner had a lot dust on the vents, and the restaurant was closed for a private party when we arrived. Otherwise we would have stayed in and enjoyed the restaurant there. We were still able to order food from the bar, so that was a plus. Other than those issues, we would totally stay there again.

"Great location, clean but worn"

Well situated close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Facility is showing signs of age and the bed was not up to Marriott standards, but we would stay there again. Restaurant breakfast had a great variety and was very good.

The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Asheville within walking distance to great restaurants and shops and a short drive to the Biltmore Estate. We found the staff to be gracious and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and an excellent value.

"Renaissance is very tired and overpriced"

Hotel is way overpriced I used to use this hotel quite a bit years ago Nothing has been updated since before Covid yet the price is much higher Parking fees No concierge floor No titanium upgrades Towels are not sturdy. My washcloth had a hole in there. The bartender did not know how to pour a draft beer or how to make a simple cocktail, she had zero training She had her Bluetooth in her ear. The whole time never greeted me when I sat down walked past me a couple times without acknowledging and was not attentive at all.

"Great Stay!"
