Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel

Very nice warm and inviting atmosphere with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that made sure that our stay in Asheville was the very best possible! Any issue that we may have had was quickly resolved by the staff. Check out was fast and simple. Very clean and well maintained property. The rooms are very well appointed and we had a beautiful view of the mountains and city. The location was perfect for walking in the city with quick access to the interstate. We found the rooms very quite. It was a really nice perk to have a late check out time after a night of walking around town.

I recently hosted an event for our regional team in Asheville, and the entire experience was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and attentive, the room block check-in was seamless, and the team did an excellent job arranging meals and catering. We truly appreciate the support and will definitely be back.

We had such a great stay at Elevation Lofts Hotel this weekend. The room was beautifully done—comfortable, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. The décor was a real highlight; it honestly felt like staying in an art gallery, with gorgeous pieces from Momentum Gallery (one of our favorite galleries in Asheville). The location couldn’t be better. It’s right in downtown Asheville, and we were able to walk everywhere—restaurants, shops, galleries—yet it still felt very safe and quiet. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and made it easy to relax after being out and about. Overall, Elevation Lofts is a perfect mix of great design, comfort, and an unbeatable location. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville.

The hotel itself was really nice, and the location was pretty solid too. The room was clean and nice, and I particularly enjoyed the shower. The welcome gift of a free breakfast was a thoughtful touch, and I also appreciated the free coffee and water available in the lobby. My only complaint was that the lobby was quite cold during our stay.

Had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating with our dogs. Breakfast was good. While I do agree with those saying the rooms could be refreshed it was well kept and very clean.

Outstanding staff assistance. Though a notably older property, room and property were nice, comfortable. Parking and proximity to downtown were great.

Conveniently located, can walk to shops and restaurants, clean, helpful staff. My one hesitation is that I'm particularly sensitive to noise, and there was some street noise plus noise from within the building. I had to sleep with my airpods in my ears (that worked). Also the hairdryer in my room didn't work, but I phoned the desk and they delivered a new one within five minute. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay for a pleasant visit to Asheville.

The hotel staff is amazing!!! The property is beautiful. This is my hotel of choice when I visit Asheville. The location is great and the rooms are modern and up-to-date. From the front desk, to the restaurant chefs and servers, to maintenance, these folks make you feel like family. What a special place to stay for a weekend getaway. Big thanks to this Marriott Renaissance for creating such a wonderful experience, every time.
