Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

The concierge service given by Fernanda was amazing. She was super kind helping us retrieve lost objects from the pool! ☺️

Beware if you are assigned to Building 4. There is ongoing construction that continues past 7 PM, making it impossible to relax or enjoy the space. The constant noise and dust completely take away from what should be a peaceful experience, especially the patio and ocean view. What’s most frustrating is that we paid full price for this room, while others in our group received the exact same room type in buildings not affected by construction. It feels unreasonable to charge the same rate for a significantly diminished experience. Traveling with children made this even more challenging, as we couldn’t comfortably return to the room for naps or downtime due to the noise. We did request to be moved, but were told the hotel is at capacity and we cannot be relocated until Friday (we arrived Tuesday and depart Sunday). While we understand availability constraints, some form of compensation such as a discounted rate or spa credit, would have been appropriate given the level of disruption. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that could have been handled much better.

We loved the Hard Rock Los Cabos!! The service was wonderful; a special thanks to our friends Ritchie, Jonathan & Raul our butlers and Christopher! Food was delicious too!

seem very nice, everything close in distance so u can walk every where easily.very well kept and maintenance, foods are super good,

i wish the arcade for kids bigger with more games for them ,very small and basic arcade. my 16 year old boy got a lot of bug bites, he was the only one that slept on sofa bed, they checked but no bug had been found,we went swimming together did everything together but he was the only one who got it badly so i assume that should be the only reason.i didnt wanna spend over 200$ on dr check up since i was checking out next day. beside that,One of the girl work at the coffee shop showed very strong and rude attitude when i got a coffee and didnt tip her because i forgot to bring any, usually i do, but tipping shows appreciation not a must so i was not impress with that, i wish i remember her name, i saw her couple times and its always that kinda attitude while all the other ones very polite and humble

We had a great 5 days stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. The food was fantastic, the staff was incredible, and our butler Mar went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect, property was excellent and the staff was amazing. Cory with member services took very good care of us. Our butlers Chetan Phondekar and Edson Solano provided top of the line service. I don’t know how anyone could have done a better job. All of the staff at the members pool took care of all of our needs. The meals at all of the restaurants was top notch. We plan on returning on a regular basis. Can’t wait to go back and see the people we mentioned. They have taken customer service to a new level.

Excelente servicios e instalaciones

Second time visiting - the entertainment, food and staff were all wonderful. Pools were too. We returned for the food and kids club alone - both were standout. Probably the most impressive spread of food I’ve seen at a hotel.

It’s pretty impossible to get a decent sleep - both times we’ve stayed, entertainment begins at 9:30pm and it’s been extremely loud (and takes place each night). This is obviously fine for adults but we had two young kids that needed some sleep! Once that ends, you have the drunk crowds going back to their rooms until around 3am. We had drunk people knock on our door several times which got annoying. We had 3 groups and each room (in diff parts of the property) all had the same trouble. The floor of the room wasn’t very clean, dead bugs etc. but there are slippers at least.

El hotel es de primer nivel con excelentes instalaciones y amenidades. Destaca especialmente la atención del personal, siempre muy amable y profesional. La comida es muy buena, con gran variedad de restaurantes y buffet. También quiero destacar al concierge Armando y a los baristas Sergio, Ceferino y Cristian, quienes entregaron una atención excelente durante toda la estadía.

Durante los primeros días estaban preparando una convención con trabajos frente a nuestra habitación, lo que generaba ruido de martillos. El hotel nos cambió de habitación, pero igualmente se escuchaban los trabajos. Además, están construyendo una nueva torre que afecta algunas áreas como piscinas cercanas a la obra. También hay cabañas de arriendo en algunas piscinas que ocupan bastante espacio aunque muchas veces están vacías.
