Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

The good: The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful and exterior well maintained. Food was better than your standard all -inclusive options by far, even the buffet was yummy. Plenty of high end drink options and good wines to add at dinner. The bad: I was not warned about my room facing construction to hear jackhammer and beeping all day in my room or the view of concrete and empty pools. I had to WHF one day and it was impossible. I was the only one in my group that drew that short straw. In my experience with other hotels under reno or construction you are warned at least. Then my AC barely blew cool-ish humid air to cover the mold smell. It's beachy I get it. Compared to others rooms which were super cold was a bummer. I slept with wet towel stay cool (they couldn't move me - it was sold out). To add insult to injury I had zero water pressure which made the toilet hardly flush, fun when you are with a partner. Maintenance came each time to "fix" it, still no other room options so we used the restroom downstairs. All in all there should be a little compensation for this, I wasn't expecting a free night or anything. I offered multiple times to buy into any other room they had. Due to it's location there were not other near by options and I was with an event group so that was out too. To include: The property is loud, by nature it's the Hard Rock so it wasn't unexpected. You are pretty isolated from town which I knew going in. It was also the tail end of spring break so there were a larger number of teenage kids taking over which I should have known :)

Had an amazing time at HRLC. We ended up getting the Rock Royalty Bracelets - which i highly recommend as it came with a private concierge which allowed us to book dinner anywhere ahead of any other guests during this busy season. Shout out to Armando our Rock Royalty Agent- who got everything done we needed for the entire durations of our stay! He was the the rock Star! Armando booked our excursions and made it easy from check in to checkout for my entire family. I will go back again to this amazing resort.

We had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, and a big part of that was thanks to our Rock Royalty Agent, Armando. His daily communication was excellent. He checked in consistently and was always quick to respond on WhatsApp whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Armando went above and beyond throughout our stay, helping with anything we needed in our room and even securing a cabana for us on our last day, which was such a great way to end our trip. His attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuine care truly elevated our overall experience. I would highly recommend seeking him out if you’re visiting this property—he made our vacation that much more enjoyable!

Many of us had issues with the front desk and reservations, but our personal room concierge MAR was just wonderful… checking in with us throughout the day… even during her off hours. She was outstanding

I want to start by saying that the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The service is EXCELLENT! Special shout out to personal assistant Mar, bartender Angel in the Sunlight/Moonight bars, Dani Jr at the Lyric pool making sure the chair hogs don't leave their stuff all day, and Sergio the talented pool waiter balancing whole trays of beverages on his head, also at the Lyric pool. I have zero complaints about service that I received from anyone. Now, the not so great... I am a foodie, and the food was a bit sub par. I was expecting delicious meals, but instead I received what reminded me of conference quality meals from other large hotels. At dinner in the steakhouse, we waited 90 minutes after ordering before we received our food, and had similar service in Umo another night. After talking to several other guests, they also had the same thing to say about the restaurants and how slow they are. Part of the reason for us coming to the resort was to experience the music lab, which was out of service for the entire week we were there, so we didn't get to experience it at all. The spa. I frequent spas around the world and I am used to having the luxury of enjoying the sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and other facilities pre and post service. Not here! You have to pay extra on top of the expensive massage in order to experience those areas AT ALL! Luckily I had a complementary massage as part of my room, but there is no way I would have paid for that just to be kicked out immediately after my massage. Lastly, the hard sell tactics and the bait and switch. I am used to experiencing the whole "vacation club/time share" presentation that you are bombarded with before you are given your room key at a lot of resorts in Mexico, but the tactics here were far more aggressive than any others that I have experienced. They offered a $1500 resort credit, which you cannot use on anything except the spa (details above on how that is a bum deal), dolphin experience, or city tour. The "resort credit" cannot be used for on site bowling, the escape room, music lab (if it worked), or gift shops. Bottom line is that it is not a TRUE resort credit, just a way to get you in the door to listen to their hard sell on the "Legendary Vacation Club" section of the property. When you check out and they cut off your wrist band (which you WILL be charged $75 per guest for if you don't return it) they try to hard sell you AGAIN before you check out to go home. Overall, was it awful, no. Will I come back, probably also a no. I hope that this review helps you make an informed decision for your stay,

Great resort! Food choices were good and well prepared. Staff was friendly and were very helpful! Manny, our concierge was a god send. He was very helpful on a daily basis. He was totally a first class employee. Rooms were kept clean and refreshed on a daily schedule. overall a great experience

Great hotel! We had a great week at the hard rock and the service was exceptionally good. In particular, Armando was incredibly helpful throughout the week. We will be back!

I had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos! The resort is beautiful, and there’s a great variety of restaurants, each one was delicious and fun to try with friends. The service really stood out. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Manny, my concierge, who went above and beyond to help with everything and made the trip seamless. Overall, an unforgettable experience, I would definitely come back!
