The Hard Rock resort in Los Cabos was a great experience overall. I stayed in one of the suites and the room set up along with the service was excellent. A special shout out to our royalty agent, Manny Rock, who really went above and beyond throughout the weekend to make it a great time.

Had a great family stay here. The resort strikes a perfect balance between entertainment and relaxation — there’s always something to do, but it never feels overwhelming. The property is clean, modern, and has a high-end feel throughout. Food was consistently good, and service stood out — shoutout to Arturo at the buffet and Armado at one of the restaurants for going above and beyond. It’s the kind of place that works for everyone — families, couples, or even solo travelers. Definitely recommend.

One of our best vacations. Our butlers Jonathon and Raul probably made it so. Best butlers we have had. Very attentive and prompt. The resort is is very well maintained and clean. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Drinks were good and plentiful. Service was excellent from housekeeping to waiters to drivers. Our room was very spacious and beautiful. Housekeeping came in twice a day. Mini fridge was always well stocked. Grounds around the resort were meticulous.

I came here for spring break with my 3 kids, 7, 9 and 11 the week of spring break. First time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, no lines, offered an upgrade for a fee and off we went into the best vacation we've had. The staff was amazing. Richie Rich took my kids on the luggage cart and they had so much fun on that thing just going to our room. Diego was our personal assistant and he was so generous and kind with every aspect of our stay. The oceanfront presidential suite was amazing. We have a huge balcony, with an additional balcony. The temperature and the scents in the resort were amazing. We had two really hot days, the rest of the days felt cooler even though it was in the 90's but it was perfect!! Oh man I miss listening to the crashing of those ocean waves. Food was amazing, we ate at all of the restaurants. It is a medium size hotel which is perfect for us. I can't stand taking golf carts everywhere. Everything was within walking distance. I used the gym. 10/10 for food, cleanliness, staff. (Stayed at Moon Cancun last yr uhhhh) They had nightly entertainment for the kids which was nice. Everything was beyond great, but my favorite were the couples massages we received. My girl was MELY and she was amazing!!! I let her know about my ailments and she took care of me so good, omg I would go back just to give her a big hug!! We did one recommended excursion which was the catamaran cruise to the arch and it was Sooo much fun. We went through the city of Cabo, we were able to stop at a shop, the cruise itself also had food and drinks. I love music, and there was that vibe everywhere as well. I can not wait to come back.

Aside from the unseasonable wind, everything was purely magic. We had an incredible concierge, Manny, who made our stay even more spectacular. I would recommend this resort because of him, Sushi at Los Galos, the food, and the ambience was remarkable.

We chose Hard Rock Los Cabos expecting a luxury experience and instead had one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had. From serious service failures and unresolved issues during our stay to an extremely disappointing response from management afterward, this resort fell far below expectations. Problems that should have been addressed immediately were mishandled or ignored, and customer care after the fact felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. For the price point and branding, this was unacceptable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn other travelers to research carefully before booking. There are far better options in Los Cabos where guests are actually valued.
