Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

Amazing hotel excellent beach with great food.

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos was unfortunately disappointing due to a couple of ongoing issues. First, several restaurants were closed on different days and at varying times throughout our stay. This lack of consistency made dining frustrating and limited our options, especially at a resort where food variety is expected to be a highlight. Additionally, the constant push to get us to become members significantly impacted our experience. The sales approach felt overly aggressive and persistent, making it difficult to simply relax and enjoy the vacation we paid for. Overall, while the property itself has potential, these issues made the stay feel more stressful than enjoyable. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the guest experience moving forward.

Nephews wedding on the beach. Spent 5 days at the Hard Rock. 29 April-4 May. Rooms were spotless and well maintained. Food was excellent and plentiful at the Buffets. 2 different Buffets for breakfast and lunch and poolside ordering for mostly finger foods. Evening meals in the restaurants were excellent but servings were a bit on the petite side. The Staff is exceptional. Very well trained. Thoughtful and courteous always.

We love to go to Los Cabos. The weather was nice, low humidity, windier than normal, but we had 4 days with light winds. We had a cabana at the Eden pool which blocks the wind so it wasn't a problem. We had a suite with a swimup pool with a great view. Didn't see many whales since it's late in the season. The people always make the vacation great. It's always great to see our friends again, especially: Fabiana and Alexa - Thank you sooo much for everything. You are very special to us, and you always make the experience special, we love you!! We look forward to seeing you again in August. Butlers - Jonathan and Raul - you guys are the best! We've been together for many years and it's always great to see you both. Thanks for all your help which makes it so much easier knowing you take care of everything. Thanks for being patient, we can be demanding I know. Pool Service - We have many great friends here but these guys are the best: Santos, Manny, Reuben, Armando, Sergio, Carlos and Dani. Bar tenders - We were sad to know that Antonio had left, but we me Jesus who went the extra mile for us. He made us special drinks along with my favorite escondida. Restaurants - We love to eat, so we always look forward to this time. Marco the manager helped make sure everything went well. Umo is one of our favorites, and this time it was extra special. The chef Jose made us Posole (red and white), and it was amazing. We also had a special dinner of enmoladas at Los Gayos. Our friend Carina helped make a great evening at Toro. Always a lot of great things to do, too many to mention. We can't wait to see everyone again in August. Hasta Pronto!

Unbelievable experience and very profesional service, Andrea made us feel at home, she is very polite and customer detail oriented, I recommend this hotel and look for Andrea

La comida es buena. El personal muy atento. Ellos si se llevan un 10.

Esperaba mucho mas de los shows. Son muy básicos y la música termina muy temprano. La ubicación es mala y la arquitectura no ayuda. El hotel está muy expuesto al viento. El baño de la habitación no tiene extractor como es posible? eso es por reglamento.

We had a great week at HR Los Cabos. The food was great but what made the difference this trip was the service and the staff. Some of the some standouts were Jonathan and Raul our butlers they really made our trip so simple to just enjoy ourselves. At Umo the new restaurant Arnold was amazing, such that we went back for a second visit and requested him. Don’t skip the Barbacoa Tacos and the curros for dessert. Yaris did an amazing job for my husband’s pedicure and manicure. Rosy at ciao for breakfast was the perfect choice for starting our day out right. And I must not forget Selene the manager at Ciao and the Market, as a leader myself I truly enjoyed watching her in action.

We had an amazing stay at Hard Rock Los Cabos. The location is beautiful and the resort itself is stunning. The restaurants were all excellent, with great variety and quality across the board. What really stood out, though, was the service. It was truly top-notch everywhere, at the restaurants, the gym, and especially by the pool. Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional. A very special thank you to our butler, Chetan Phondekar. He went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and memorable. We were a group of 16, and he handled every detail effortlessly, coordinating everything, checking in regularly, and always being responsive and available whenever we needed anything. He truly made our trip feel easy and special. Thank you, Chetan, for making an already great experience absolutely exceptional!

Just returned from a delightful 10 day trip to Cabo. We've been members for 20 years and were given the royal treatment. Our butlers Chetan and Edson were attentive to our needs and made all our reservations. Daniel at the legendary pool kept us comfortable and PJ kept us hydrated and educated about the area. We did encounter one hiccup to our stay, a bad hibachi meal, but it was soon remedied by a beautiful surf and turf lunch by the pool organized by Usman of customer service and head chef Millan Final congrats to the grounds people for keeping this piece of the desert clean and blooming this piece of the desert clean and blooming.
