Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive

This place was top notch. Very private which I loved. But a 25-30 min trip to town if you want to go off-property- but why would you because this place had it all! The rooms were beautiful, beds comfy. The food was great and the staff was amazing. The staff were kind, friendly, happy and helpful. A big shout out to Pedro at the Eden Pool. He was wonderful. And Mar with Rock Royalty-AMAZING! She checked in on her days off and came and found us while on property. Exceptional service. We loved her! I will definitely recommend this resort and hope to return in the future.

This was my first time staying at a Hard Rock property, and I definitely wasn’t disappointed. I went with my partner and our 5-year-old daughter. The room was clean, and we loved the food options, especially the à la carte dining experiences. To highlight some of our favorite parts, starting with the food: our personal favorite was the steakhouse (Toro). Huge praise to Manuel, also known as “Drake” — if you know, you know. He was such a kind and attentive server. He took great care of us and made our daughter feel very special. We spent most of our days at the Red Pool area because it has a full-service bar and a wide variety of food options delivered right to you. At the Red Pool, Pedro was our go-to person every time we went up there. If you prefer a quieter space away from the main pool, this is the place to be. He always made sure we were hydrated and well taken care of. Thank you, Pedro, for making our trip so enjoyable. We also enjoyed breakfast at Los Gallos. It offers an à la carte breakfast instead of a buffet, though the buffet is available if you prefer that option. We tried a bit of both. To Melissa, Susi, and Luz — thank you for the fantastic service and care you provided, whether in the restaurant or when seeing us around the resort. The staff here is amazing and always welcoming with a smile. We consistently felt safe and respected as a same-sex couple, which meant a lot to us.

It was located not too far but no too close to the airport.

The was blood on the sofa bed The phone didn’t work The wet bar’s cooler wasn’t working and left a puddle on the floor. The jet tub wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed by the time we left.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic! Our large wedding group of 60 people could not believe how great this wedding was. Ediana our wedding organizer was amazing from start to finish, making the entire wedding planning process smooth and stress-free. The staff were the best—super friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was organized perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to make our day the greatest. Our personal concierge Armando was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond, taking care of everything we needed quickly and with a smile. His exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We as a large group had an incredible experience at Moonlight Bar. The bar staff—Jeimy, Sandy, and Fany were truly amazing! They went well outside the working duties to make everyone feel welcome, creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Their great service and warm personalities really made the night unforgettable especially letting us help with the mopping. Highly recommend this spot! Thank you everyone for making a special day so amazing and every guest, especially the bride and groom, thank you with all their hearts.

The breakfast buffet was very basic and pretty much the same every single day—nothing exciting and definitely not what you’d expect from a resort at this level. The restaurants were just okay overall. Food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t memorable either, and service at the restaurants could definitely be better—slow at times and not very attentive. The biggest issue was the constant pressure to buy their LVC (membership) program. From the start, it felt less like a vacation and more like a sales pitch. They didn’t just ask once and move on—they kept switching salespeople, each one trying a different angle. When we still weren’t interested, they even brought in a manager named Tony to “sweet talk” us into it. It felt pushy and uncomfortable, and honestly took away from the whole experience. Even at checkout—after cutting off the wristband—they were still trying to get us to book another stay through the membership. The “resort credit” is misleading—there’s a 35% service charge on everything, which defeats the purpose. The location is also not ideal. It’s far from most activities in Cabo, and it gets very windy, which takes away from the pool and beach experience. The only standout was the bartenders at the pool—they were friendly, quick, and made the experience a bit more enjoyable. Overall, not the level of experience I expected, and I wouldn’t return.

The whole experience was very fun. We have never stayed at an all inclusive before so it was a little different than what we are used to. Our butler Dustin was amazing, he was very helpful throughout the entire stay. Messaged us regularly so we know what was going on at all times via show, meals, and such. The entire property was very clean and smelled amazing. It was far away enough from all the downtown noise so we felt safe the entire time.

This resort feels like the second home we would love to own. Of course, we would need all the amenities and great staff!! My husband and I are Legendary members. We look forward to our vacations there because the people who work there are so very friendly, kind, and make every effort to make sure the guests have whatever they could want to enjoy their vacations. The rooms, the landscaping, the restaurants, the beach and ocean views, the amenities and activities make this a great resort for families, couples, weddings, and holidays. The only thing we would change is allowing microphones with speakers for the weddings. This is the first time of our many stays that we heard the entire wedding ceremonies that lasted for a very long time. Memorable, beautiful weddings of your dreams can occur without the disruption to everyone else's expensive vacation because of these Very Loud speakers!!! This had to have interfered with the other weddings taking place on the beach at the same time and with the enjoyment of their own dream wedding with the music and words they had also carefully planned. We want to thank Manuel in vacation makers who arranges golf and spa bookings before we arrive. We want to thank our amazing butlers Edson and Chetan who arrange everything else! We can relax and have a fabulous vacation because they take care of it all! These two men do so much for us with professionalism, plus with great smiles. We lookj forward to seeing them every day! Fabiana and Alexa, we thank you so much for being so very kind and also because of your attention to the details of our stay. Each of these four people made our anniversary very special! I think I will call you the Fabulous Foursome!!! We love you all!!! So many people made our vacation great: Emmert who made sure our swim up pool was the temperature we like. Catalina who surprised us with adorable towel animals on our beds in the evening. She is truly gifted! The Cafetto crew Allah, Julian and Diana the manager. Samantha and Dani who greeted us by name and with beautiful smiles at The Market and at Ciao. Jose the manager at Toro and Selene at Ciao looking out for everyone's enjoyment at those restaurants. Ramon at the Legendary pool has to be the happiest person we have ever met, and he is always checking to see if we need food or drinks, and Fredy makes great drinks! Eddie, Jr the pool concierge remembering that I like a lot of towels! Fernando at the spa check in, so welcoming. Alondra, Karla and Teresa fabulous massages. Xochital a beautiful pedicure and such a sweet person! We can't wait for our next visit!!
