"Hard Rock Service and Resort"

Resort is top tier with unreal food selection. Our Rock Royalty personal assistant Armando was excellent. Very friendly and super helpful with all of our necessities. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I hope to be back soon.

"Rock Royalty Experience"

We had individual concierge service through our rock royalty room, and Manny was our rock royalty agent. Manny was simply outstanding from the moment he personally introduced himself as soon as we checked in to our last day on the resort. Manny quickly got us up to speed with the lay of the land on our arrival. Throughout our stay he was always in touch via text message, and answered any questions we had quickly and efficiently. This property overall was outstanding, and having Manny on our side made it that much more amazing!
