"Completely great for the money"

Cleaninginess and location were great. Also good value for money in the city when we knew we'd just be sleeping there

"Comfy and pleasant for everything except sleep."

Breakfast was good and served in a clean quiet dining room. No loud TV on the wall blaring bad news.

Room on Patton Avenue side, loud noise from motorcycles stopping and revving at traffic light. Continued until 2 am on Fri and Sat night, making sleep almost impossible.

"Great downtown hotel"

Location perfect for downtown activities. Great price! Staff helpful. Breakfast pretty good.

Parking spaces very small. Lobby and elevators kind of old.

"Dingy motel on noisy road."

Walking distance to Downtown.

Everything else. Dark dingy cramped rooms. Full height windows looking directly onto public walkways without any blinds. On a very noisy road.

Price, location, covered parking (limited, I got lucky), the room itself was great, no issues whatsoever.
