The staff and service were above excellent

The lava restaurant was a big disappointment from all the great food we tried it was our least favourite experience from food to service. It lacked flavour and the fish was bland and the steak was so tough even though it was a tenderloin cut

This place is out of this world! It’s like no place I’ve ever visited… not only the amazing staff and luxury spa facilities but a truly unique location!

I’m 13 months alcohol free and it’s disappointing little effort is made for guests who want to drink alcohol free beer or spirits with their meal or pre/post meal. Becks Blue? There are so many high quality options available. Please try harder… especially for a health retreat!

Very hip hotel at The Blue Lagoon with its own private lagoon and spa. Very relaxing, excellent helpful staff- thank you Thor. Wonderful room looking out onto the lava fields-amazing scenery. Lovely breakfast and dinner at Lava restaurant . The lagoon and spa were amazing.

The beds were a bit soft for us but still very comfortable. It's a very expensive place

We were told all the food/wine/coffee/drinks on the fridge and cabinet were complimentary and free but we were charged for the 2 beers we took from the same fridge where all the drinks are kept. Its a lie! Inaccurate information considering how incredibly expensive to stay in this particular hotel. It is not worth to stay for four nights as we spent most of our days outdoor.

stunning surroundings, utter luxury. loved having access to the lagoon after dark

took a long time to check in we were recommended to eat dinner in the lounge but they weren’t really serving there so took a long time and no atmosphere
