Our view off the balcony. The parking valets were so nice and prompt.

The hotel is old. Furnace didn't work properly, we had the engineer in our room twice to fix it. We had to contact the front desk too often for things, ie: the body soap container was empty, we asked several times, but it never was replaced. Towels replenish, took 3 times asking to get those Bathroom door didn't close properly and handle was gross. It felt like work to stay there.

. We spent New Year’s Eve in the Holiday Inn concierge lounge, and the service from our server was outstanding. Even on one of the busiest nights of the year, they were attentive, friendly, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and great attitude truly elevated the experience and made the evening feel special. Excellent service like this deserves recognition—we were really impressed and grateful. Highly recommend this lounge and the amazing staff member who took such good care of us!

The hotel is older, but it has a nice nostalgic vibe. The location is good, the staff very friendly, the room clean and dark, the bed comfortable and the fitness center very nice. Our only minor complaint was the poor quality of the wine at happy hour on the concierge floor. Not a deal breaker.
