Dessert with Don was such a great evening and the music was a nice touch. The atmosphere was fun and Don was a great host and made the whole thing more memorable.

Nice spacious room, clean with decent enough dining and beverage options. Does exactly what it says on the tin and would not hesitate returning. Good location for restaurants and bars.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Intercontinental Hotel that I feel compelled to share, particularly concerning the lack of security surrounding the parking garage. On the evening of November 5, 2025, my vehicle was stolen just two hours after I checked in. This incident has led me to question the hotel’s claims of adequate on-site security and proper precautions. I was assured upon check-in that my vehicle would be safe, yet the rapid theft of my car raises serious concerns about the effectiveness of these security measures. To make matters worse, I was not informed about previous vehicle thefts occurring on the property this year. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially considering the premium rates guests pay for a supposed secure environment. The negligence of the hotel staff further exacerbates my frustrations. They failed to collect my vehicle information at check-in, leaving me to wonder how long it would have taken for me to discover the theft had I not checked the garage myself the next morning. Alarmingly, the theft was only reported to the police at 8 a.m. the following day, despite clear evidence that a problem had occurred, including a broken exit arm in the parking garage. Moving forward, I would like to know how General Manager Jeff Keeley plans to address this situation and what steps the hotel will take to improve security and transparency. The Intercontinental Hotel must uphold its promises regarding guest safety and comfort. The misrepresentation of your property’s security measures has caused significant distress, and I hope to see meaningful action taken to rectify this situation.

One staff member was very kind. Location was good.

Bathroom floor was old and stained, beds were so hard, pricing was outrageous for the quality. Trying to book through the hotel was rediculous. I was so disappointed and before I could discuss next steps my booking was canceled by staff. I had to go online and try to book independently. Next time ill just go through a different hotel. Also, my husband drives a manual. We tried valet parking but the hotel employer couldn't drive a manual. That was crazy. On top of that the gate was broken so that made independent parking even more fun.
