We’ve been coming here for a few years and disappointed that the pool is so cold. The elevator isn’t working. People are still lying full price for less than what’s mentioned in your ads. Worst part was there are no longer real glasses, plates and cutlery in the breakfast room. So much unnecessary waste. I like to have my cup of coffee in the morning in a real glass mug not paper cup. And def don’t like using plastic cutlery, I’m not at a fast food joint.
Hotel is very clean overall. Starts to show its age but still great. Very comfortable beds and pillows! love the King Sized pillows on the King bed. Fast and reliable internet as well. Did a zoom meeting without any glitches. Pool with waterslide is great feauture. the kids loved the waterslide while I was just in the hot tub. decent breakfast as well and great location. Will definitely stay here again
CACALocation and parking was good
Management was saving wherever they could. Breakfast was running out of things and not being replaced. Hot tub was cold the whole time and they tried to heat it all 4 days we stayed there. The kids that used the slide had a bad rash.
CAStaff were helpful and did their best to address concerns despite limited resources over the holidays.
- Room had no hot water to taps for showers and sinks. Temperature climbed to lukewarm at best. - Room had no electrical power to left side of bed, affecting lamp/alarm clock/outlet. - Microwave in the kitchenette had no power - Mold visible all over the grout and sealant of the bathtub - Mold came out of the Keurig machine in the hot water
CAThe bed was comfy, staff was nice!
No hot water for half our stay, pool and hot tub disgusting, green algee, with brown silt that looked like long snakes, in hot tub and pool. When room got a service missed lots of things. Elvator was out of order, but nothing on website that it was down. Coffee in lobby cold all the time.
CAWe just needed a place to sleep. Beds were comfortable and clean
