Beds were horribly uncomfortable, staff was not present at check in and then rude, rooms were dirty, the coffee kureg machine was disgusting and covered in dirt and dust inside. Mold in the bathroom, the most uncomfortable beds ever.. waterslide is broken, the breakfast was all cut up muffins, couldn't take a full one, everything was touched and gross looking. Didn't eat anything and will never stay here again
This property is getting run down and needs renovation. I probably will not stay there next time

CAThe coffee in the breakfast room was good. The to go coffee cups could be a little bigger. The staff were very friendly. I feel like the value for the space we had was on par.
The waterslide was down. The pool had spiders floating in it. The jets in the hot tub didn't work. The bath towels barely cover your bits and pieces. The tile in the bathroom is cracked and broken. The grout look like it hasn't had a deep cleaning, in maybe ever. We had a kitchenette with one fork.

The gym equipment was falling apart. The waterslide was broken. The hot tub jets were broken. The pool, which was very tiny, is less than a metre deep and was freezing cold. We chose the hotel for the amenities and were very disappointed with them. The rooms were clean, but there was a dog on our floor that barked all day and half the night; when we called the front desk, their response was “they are in a pet friendly room”. I love dogs. I have 3 of my own, but I didn’t expect to not be able to sleep in a hotel because of barking.
