Please note that as the property is located in a residential area it is not suitable for parties as there is a noise restriction after 22:00. Please note that the Apartment - Ground Floor can only accommodate children aged 6 years and over. Children of all ages can stay in the the Deluxe Apartment - Ground Floor. A limited number of travel cots and high chairs may be available. Please request using the Special Request box at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Close to the beach but may not be value for money."

1) Proximity to the beach and town centre was extremely good. 2) Surrounding area felt very safe and had a good vibe overall. 3) Sauna in the property is a nice addition, especially when you have just run a marathon. 4) Property host is quick and prompt in responding to any questions.

1) The property had a distinct smell, not sure if it would bother everyone, but it did bother us. 2) The quite hours mentioned in the description only applied to us. The neighbouring rooms and houses were above those rules and been a very sleep disturbing experience. Upon speaking with the property host, we've been told its that time of the year where you would hear loud music after 10PM. We ended up checking out a night earlier due to the 2 reasons and travelled back home late night.

"Did the job, great base for a few days away, would suit people in their 20s and 30s."

Very close to the Brighton Centre where I attended a conference. Great to have a mini kitchen. The mattress was really comfy and I slept well. Great to have a window that opened and let in air to keep the room cool and fresh.

I’m a bit old for the mezzanine bed.

all I liked was it was located next to the beach. the house itself was just I couldn't believe my eyes how bad it was!! I was with my kids it was completly cold they refused to put the heating on aswell. the smell was of old antiques. the host was so rude refused to let me see the apartment without taking deposit of me on the road with my kids. he knew if I will see the house before giving deposit I will refuse to take it. please AVOID THIS ESPECIALLY WITH YOUR KIDS

it was smelly and not what I expected at all. we couldn't even have a normal stay, thank God I took my own duvets and linen and everything my own. the bed was all ripped apart if only I had how to put on some pictures. please if you care for you wellness and money avoid!!!!

The brilliant location and the quirky little apartment made our stay in Brighton very special! Also the deposit refund took place within an hour of checkout, which was very appreciated. Thank you, Bernd you Charlie, for hosting us, and see you again sometime!
