Two Top Central Unique Artisan Beach Studios - separate Spa Cabin

Very accessible especially we have a little one. Close.to the beach and city center. We were accommodated early too! Very grateful for the extra time.

Was warm due to the weather during the weekend. But not complaining:)

Cooking utensils could be cleaner but all in all good

The location was brilliant, very close to the beach, the staff were friendly. The spa bath was nice.

The room needed updating, the dishwasher completely broke and the general finish of the room was quite low. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the bed sheets had stains on them and not very clean and no pillows. Considering we paid over £200 a night the room needed alot of work. The windows did not open so room got very stuffy. If your a light sleeper avoid as weekends because very loud with people walking past.

Close proximity to the beach and the pier

the room was comfy clean and cute. Amazing central location just a short walk to the beach and local ameneties. Our host was very kind and helpful suggesting activities in the local area also following up with us after we left to check if we had a good time :)

Great location for everything in Brighton. Lovely extra touches like all the games and welcome basket was a nice touch. The spa bath was an excellent addition and was lovely and relaxing. Hosts Bernd and Charlie were fantastic and responded quickly to any queries. Amazing stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Great location, super cosy and had everything that we needed. Everything was super comfortable with access to kitchen facilities inside the place we stayed. Thank you for adding tea and coffee for us, we really appreciated that!
