Two Top Central Unique Artisan Beach Studios - separate Spa Cabin

Location was great, very quirky and small space but had everything you needed. Bernd even provided all basic necessities ie washing up liquid tea coffee milk etc which makes a difference when staying 5 nights

Having to climb a ladder to access Mezzanine bed but to be fair when realised had the option to change apt before arrival but stuck with it for the location. It is a shame the sofa isn’t a sofa bed as it resolves the issue.

Met with the owners to collect the keys and leave the bags, location of property is central to all attractions

Location is very central. 2 minutes walk to the waterfront. Very near to the lanes and walking distance to the Royal Pavilion and the Pier. Easy bus access to Brighton Railway station. The property is tiny but well maintained. Good for a Two days stay. Easy check in & check out procedure. The deposit was promptly returned after check out, on the same day. Bernd is a good host. A carton of milk was provided on arrival. Porridge oats, choice of various teas available. Also coffee beans were kept for those who needed their coffee freshly ground alongwith a coffee machine. Cooking facilities seemed good( we ate out, lots of eateries around). pots n pans, cutlery and crockery enough for a family. Hand wash was provided but no shower gel & shampoo

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. Also the towels could be replaced with fluffier ones.
