During my stay, the front staff was pleasant and personable. Dana Hubbard was an outstanding representative for Hyatt and attempted to resolve my maintenance issue while I was in the hotel on a Friday and Saturday night stay, but it was clear the problem was beyond his control. While in the hotel on the 5th floor, the HVAC system was emitting an unusually loud and annoying noise that constantly interrupted my sleep for two nights. Due to the unavailability of an option to move to another room due to hotel capacity being sold out, I had to endure the constant noise for 2 nights. Maintenance advised they were waiting for an outside vendor to repair on Monday. I hope the issue has been resolved because the inconvenience left me with sleep deprivation and an unpleasant experience.

Location is good room is nice as a king handicap big with a little living area but I thought I did detect smell of smoke and this hotel allows people to smoke in their room if they want possibly I don’t like that

Has stated this hotel allows people to smoke in their room. I think I should’ve requested a room that was never rented a smoking.

The staff was very friendly ! I had a very informative and enjoyable conversation with Dana. This was my very first stay at the Hyatt Place. My next visit to the area and your location will definitely be my choice. And the breakfast was great.

The property is clean, staff is very professional and friendly and the breakfast is good. We had some small plates and drinks at night and it was good and again, the staff is great. Very accommodating.
