The pool wasn't as clean as I had like it to been, I assumed the room had a bathtub but it did not .

I had a very concerning and frustrating experience with this hotel. I cancelled my reservation well over 48 hours in advance and never even traveled to the state, yet somehow I was marked as checked in, assigned a room, billed, and then checked out of a stay that never happened. I even received a survey for this “stay,” which makes the situation even more alarming. It gets worse. I was first charged $205 for the cancelled reservation. After I called to dispute that charge and explained that I was never there, they then charged my card an additional $407 for what they claimed was a “duplicate” reservation—one that I never made. So to be clear: I was charged twice, for two different amounts, for two rooms on the same day…for a stay that never occurred. Even more concerning, the second charge of $407 was processed after I had already notified them of the initial error. Despite knowing I was never at the hotel, they still proceeded to charge my card again and simply said a refund would be issued in 2–5 business days. Although I did eventually receive a refund, this entire experience was absolutely unprofessional and deeply concerning. The lack of internal controls, accountability, and basic verification raises serious questions about how guest information and billing are handled. I would strongly caution others to monitor their credit card statements closely if booking here.
