Love the place!!! it's a home away from home. Staffs are so accommodating and friendly. They treat us with high respect. The place is so clean and organize. Thank you all for taking care of our employees. AWESOME JOB!!!

The room here was just fine but --- the water in the shower was bad. One minute it was scalding you & the next minute, it was freezing you. It wouldn't stay consistent either way. It needs work! I can't remember the room number but it was on the 3rd floor.

The Hampton Inn in Harrisonburg on University Boulevard is an awesome place to stay. The service is fantastic and the hotel is so close to the mall and many great restaurants. The hotel is always upgrading their rooms so they can provide a great stay for all their guests. The mountain views from the hotel which overlooks the city is great too.

Used the hotel for our men working in Harrisonburg, Manuel, who was my contact made making the reservations easy as possible. Some minor hiccups, but we were able to maintain the efficiency and our guys had everything that was needed while they were away from home. Much appreciated

Hotel needs an upgrade. Bathroom especially. Carpet is unglued is a significant fall hazard, as it bucks up. Toilet too low for seniors. Entire facility needs upgrades.

Housekeeping is every other day.

Horrible customer service! Got kicked out of my room from last night while I was away at an event tonight. Had left all my stuff in the room. Upon return I could not get in the room. I had made a reservation for two nights. The imbecile at the front desk told me my old room had been reassigned and gave me a key for a different room. I told them when I made the reservation that it was for the same room for two nights. I also loudly complained that all my stuff was still in the old room and that someone needed to get upstairs and let me in there to retrieve my stuff. It took him 15 minutes to get upstairs! Also while I was in my room this afternoon, with they do not disturb sign on the door handle, housekeeping tried to get in! I heard someone at breakfast this morning complaining that someone from the front desk had come in their room at 1:00 a.m. last night! Some BS about checking out! I've never heard of or experienced such BS at any hotel before, even the cheapest,nastiest of dives! Definitely will not stay here again and would not recommend anyone else do either. Room was comfortable and clean, but the customer service blew all that

Friendly staff, very clean room and great location. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

We were impressed with the quality of service and the engagement of all employees we came in contact with. We also brought our dog and they were very accommodating and welcoming. Front Desk employee Niclole was outstanding ensuring we were very satisfied with our stay. She even came out to take the empty luggage cart back in for us when leaving. Also, Natasha and Renaldo need to be mentioned as they assisted me in removing my packed luggage cart from the elevator. They did this with a smile!
