Breakfast wasn’t with many choices for vegan. The fruits were old and mushy

We were unexpectedly stranded when our car broke down. The hotel was a very good place to stay with a good breakfast. The stand out factor was the staff. They were very acommodating and understanding of our circumstance. I would like to give a shout out to Ashley (morning desk attendent) and Prakash Patel. Thank you for all you did for us.

Front desk staff never so much as looked up most of the time The room was unbearably musty smelling, we had to keep the a/c at a low setting at all times to lessen the stench. The door was heavy & slammed constantly, plus the entry space (narrow) made coming and going, especially with luggage and the heavy door, unnecessarily difficult. Husband sustained a bruise on his lower arm at one point. Hallway was overly warm & humid. This town is where my grown kids live so we visit at least annually - we would never ever stay again

The food was mediocre at best, and the service was not very good considering it was move in weekend at a major college and they only had one person staffed at the breakfast area. They constantly ran out of items and so many people were constantly waiting for things they needed.

First time stay at this hotel in the area for my daughter's college move in. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff at check-in who offered a special rate code for future stays. The room was clean and decent. Maintenance came right away when I had trouble with the tv and thermostat. My son enjoyed the pool and breakfast was nice too. Will definitely return!

I generally don’t like to write reviews like this., but I believe the hotel needs to know. Room 335. We stayed there Aug 14 2025. Let me start with the staff was wonderful!!! The room we could barely get into as the door was desperately stuck(my husband had to push his shoulder into it to get it open) the room was musty, the sink, toilet and tubs were backed up and barely drained. The soap gel in the shower was empty, and the amount of water coming out of the shower head was ridiculous. (I’ll refrain from telling you my husband likened it to) to put it nicely it was a dribble at best. We generally have great luck with Hampton and hiltons. Unfortunately I would not recommend.

Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Clean.

The pool was closed for repairs which was the only reason we booked this hotel and not permitted to cancel without paying. Room was small tv was ancient.

Nice that it was within walking distance to dining and shopping. Just wish the room had been kept up more.

Carpet needs to be stretched out - tripping hazard.
