Quality Inn Lockport

Pretty basic breakfast option, the air conditioner was pretty old and not efficient, had to be manually operated. There is no lift, just in case if you happen to carry luggage, then you world have to lift it up through stairs. It’s basically a pretty old hotel, but follows hygiene and cleanliness.

When we pulled in , the property looked abandoned. The stairs leading to the lower parking lot looked unsafe . There was glass in the parking lot . The bathroom was not clean and the toilet kept clogging up . The mattress was comfortable, but every time one of us moved , it would squeak . Benton was cold and we had to wait for it to warm up . Not impressed at all .

This hotel is a joke. I was a contractor going to work at the gm plant They charge me for the four nights Ii left a day early not give me a refund and they charge me for two more nights. once I left the hotel Don’t stay here. They don’t even have breakfast

The room was very very cold when we got there but it warmed up quickly. Everything was great.

The hotel was clean, and pretty empty which was nice. The fridge in the room was a nice size. Staff was friendly and always present. The bathroom door of our room was a sliding door that would not close all the way which was unfortunate but not the end of the world. Didn’t explore breakfast but the lobby was quite small so I don’t imagine there was much. The area around is nothing fantastic, Lockport doesn’t have too much to do. Close ish proximity to Buffalo and Niagara Falls though.

Lousy. Geneseo Quality Inn offered a hot breakfast and was a much nicer hotel.

The 1st room shown to us was in deplorable condition. Chairs in room full of holes and dirty, heater in room wouldn't work. Furniture should have been thrown out . When I said we would just go home we were shown a different room in another hallway that was in acceptable shape. This experience with this Quality Inn left a bad impression of your hotels. The previous Quality Inn in Geneseo the day before was very nice . The chairs in the entry of this second location were dirty and I didnt feel they should be sat on.
