Quality Inn Lockport

When requested a room change, it was given readily. And dining facilities are very clean.

Unfortunately the hallways and the rooms smelled like cigarettes and must, stains on the toilets and tubs and bed sheets 10/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The room and service fine. No issues there. The breakfast options were few and they were out of some essentials such as orange juice

I stayed at 3 different quality inns over a 10 day trip and they were all fantastic!

Towel are not clean it seems like hotel owner clean the towel at home and serve it to the hotel. All staff are indian and they do not know how to speak and how to behave with the guest. Needed to change room coz all the rooms are having bad smell Breakfast was horrible And bed is like broken and making broken sound when you move a little bit I am going to ask booking.com to refund my money

Good location.

Breakfast was not good, the whole room needed a total redo/upgrade. I had to ask for maid service and clean towels daily. I smelled marijuana smoke everyday in a non-smoking facility.
