"Pleasant"

Continental Breakfast was weak. a slight foul odor in the hotel. 1 staff member for the entire hotel is a poor way to operate. He did the best he could

The travel we had to are destination. It was short

The AC leaked water all over the floor and the Microwave didn't work. We asked for a new microwave and they told us we would have one within an hour and didn't get one until next day when we asked again..

"Stay was good for the most part. Room was clean."

Close to stores and family and friends.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Didn’t have a very good selection of things for breakfast. When opened the pull out bed and pulling the top sheet and blanket back to finding food in it was annoying. The person at the front desk came and addressed the issue right away.

"worst stay ever"

.just the location is good and parking space

there is no exhaust working in the bath rooms ,there are spiders all over the room breakfast is wrost, they did not have the bread or anything

"Not a good choice for the service provided"

In the room A/C and phone were not working. They tried to fix after we complaint but it didn't help. Finally after 30 mins, they changed the room. When I asked the manager in the morning about this, his response was "That was supposed to be checked by cleaning person and said you got another room, what is your problem.". Imagine if there is no other room available. Hotel is 30 minutes from Niagara and charging same price of other hotels in Niagara itself. For that distance, price is on the higher side and they said they have breakfast. But all they just is waffle and bread.
