Atmosphäre Riesenhotel, viel zu kleiner Poolbereich, Liegen waren alle mit einer Cabana vermietet. Frühstücksraum eiskalt und ungemütlich Silvester nicht einmal die Bar war bis Mitternacht geöffnet Baustelle mitten im Hotel Wege unübersichtlich, da Hotel total verbaut

I stayed here from December 9 to December 14 on my first trip to Hawaii, and the experience was excellent. James at the front desk helped me with check-in, and the whole process was incredibly smooth. He was warm, professional, and always happy to answer any questions. I was very satisfied with the room I was assigned. I would definitely come back again. Overall, the experience was wonderful, and the hotel’s location is fantastic—it truly met all of my needs.

Location

No roomservice. I am still trying to figure out what I paid over $2000 for. I was in that room less than 48 hours. The staff was very rude. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Very, very disappointed with that hotel. I will not stay at Marriott again. I also canceled my Bonvoy membership
