I HATED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! VERY DIRTY, VERY UNSAFE, THERE WAS NO PARKING NEAR THE ROOM OR AT ALL AND WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR PARKING. THE BUILDING 1403 IN A DARK ALLEY. I FELT VERY UNSAFE

This is long, but please read. I am detailed. If there was a zero star option, I would have put it. DO NOT book this hotel! We stayed their two weeks ago. It was a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen. This is a very outdated hotel, which I could handle if the room was clean. The stove had stains on it, the cups had smudges like someone did not clean them. On top of that, when we went to wash the dishes, the dish soap was watered down to make it look refilled. There were cigarette burns in the pillows, drapes and the side of one of the beds. How long has it been since smoking was allowed in any enclosed space? My Mom said her bed was comfortable, but I had springs sticking into my back. The bathroom counters had red stains on them. The front desk people were not friendly and did not work in a timely manner. If you need more towels or clean anything, don't expect the staff to take the time to bring them to you. Oh No! You must walk them down to the front desk (this could be quite a walk because the building is set up like apartments) and give them the dirty towels before they will switch. How is this making it about the guests? This shows distrust. The pool has been closed since 2020 per an employee. Don't believe the pictures. Also, I received no itemized bill. I will give a shout out to the breakfast hostesses. They are amazingly kind. If you have mobility issues, there are no elevators or carts to help. I was lucky enough to have my children help me down the stairs. This place is horrible. If you are looking for a good place to stay, there is a Sonesta Premier Center. Go there! DO NOT stay at Sonesta Premier Center North.

Smelled old

The breakfast was good. However, the condition of our room was very bad. It smelled like cat urine, the floor had not been vacuumed adequately, 3 lights did not work, and there were black spots on the walls. I took a washcloth and wiped the worst spots off the wall by the toilet. After we complained, someone came and sprayed the carpet. That only made the urine smell worse. The carpet was frayed and coming apart at the seams. They only gave us one stainless steel pot to cook in, and it had a hole in it! The office did replace the pot for us. There was a stain in the bathtub that we could not remove by scrubbing. We stayed 5 nights and they only charged us for 4 nights after we complained.

This property looked and smelled like a junkie motel. There were broken down vehicles in the parking lot, there whole property smelled like weed, the rooms were disgustingly filthy and there were spiders and other bugs all throughout the room. The area did not appear safe at all. We checked in and checked right back out within 45 min.

The staffs are very nice and respectful

I have stayed at SEVERAL Sonesta hotels but this one was the dirtiest..I had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. The room was pretty large but everything was old and outdated! The carpet had stains on it, the shower in one of the bathrooms didnt work. The beds only had sheets no type of comforter. I went to the front desk and asked for extra covers, in which they said someone would bring it and they never did. Luckily I keep a extra blanket in my car. No one came and fixed the other shower. There were bugs and roaches in the room. They also charge $5 per day for parking even though they have a FULL parking lot. I would DEFINITELY not stay here again!!
