Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center North

The property seems to have been ill-kept. There was dust on the lamp stand next to the sofa in the sitting room. The toilet also was not well maintained. There was constant movement outside the suite through the night. Felt unsafe. Very unhelpful & rude staff in the morning at the front desk when asked for a different tea bag. Was just not willing to help.

Couldn’t control A/C and heating. Room was way too hot

The mattress and box spring probably dated back 30 years. Very uncomfortable. The sheets and bedding were terrible. The kitchenette was missing all sorts of items... like a coffee pot. I called 3 times and they brought one out after a few days. Their laundry room, an advertised amenity, was out of order.

I wish I could upload pictures! This was a horrible experience for me and my family! The carpet was FLITHY ROOM WAS FILTHY COUCH CURTAINS HEAD BOARD EVERYTHING WAS FLITHY!!! Dirty stinky dishes in the sink !!

Quite, clean and accessible.

The property has hidden fews when it comes parking . The kitchen area was full of dirty dishes from previous stay I assume. The check in staff was not friendly at all. The walls had holes in it the toilet seat was broken and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling and I was charged the full price with no accommodations for the inconvenience.

Property definitely needs upgrading, carpet innterrible condition. That needs to cleaned. Rooms have a weird odor.

This is a horrible location. I was here last month and it was a little better but this month it was horrible. They do not clean the rooms. The towels smell. The worst part is there is no hot breakfast except if you are lucky a potato. I have not seen any eggs or the advertised breakfast tacos. I returned because of a deal and said at least they have breakfast well they don't have a hot one. Let me just be honest here on my first visit the door was broken as it looked like an animal had eaten up the door, there was poop behind the toilet knob, the carpet was and is dirty and old and it's just an uncomfortable situation. The very reason I refuse to pay 46 a night at a cheap hotel is here at a much more expensive price. This is not a three star hotel it is a 1.9 at best. If you are used to nice hotel stays it's not here so go somewhere else EEK Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, this is just a horror story...... AND NO BREAKFAST would have kept quiet if they would have had eggs pancakes muffins sausage, muffins, and other items like they are supposed to have but NO it's a poo hole
