Rooms were excellent. Staff was really nice.

Top notch service!

Room itself was okay but as you can’t open the windows and you’re reliant on air con, the air con wasn’t available in cool mode so it was too warm with no way to reduce the temperature. The room was clean and spacious, and bed was comfortable. It isn’t a very nice area to stay in. Service at the bar was very slow. Otherwise all good.

The car parking was not the best very small spaces, had my car scrapped overnight Heyho and expensive The hotel i definitely could not fault 5* thank you

Room 801 heating didn't work, substitute plug in electric heater stopped working during night. 6 electricity sockets in room only 2 worked. Couldn't control shower temperature too hot or too cold. Met 2 junkies in the carpark stairwell when arriving at night. The hotel is in the same road as multiple fast food outlets expect loud music from cars and reving engines and shouting late into the evening. Read other recent reviews all complain of lack of heating in the rooms.

Convenient for the City Centre, the station, the ring road and bus routes. Claims to be in Earlsdon, which I might question. It is certainly NOT in the nice part of Earlsdon.

Fantastic stay. On check inn they upgraded our booking to a suite which was a great suprise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The suite was clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchenette consisted of kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, sink and table and chairs, sofa, two armchairs and a Tv. The seperate bedroom was clean and comfortable with a great ensuite bathroom. The breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold buffet. Will definitely stay there again

Seamless checkin and welcoming reception staff. Parking was adjacent to the hotel and level 2 door from car parking led to the main reception. Room was clean and amenities top notch. Room service was handy for a late dinner and desert. An excellent stay and finished off with full English breakfast which was elaborate

Good experience

I thought the staff were excellent. My upgraded room was good but it was very cold as the heating system was not working. However, the staff were really efficient bringing me an extra quilt and heater. Its an old building so it must be a nightmare to manage. I would stay again should i ever come to Coventry again.
