Breakfast was good

Car parking was fine, in the car park next door. Friendly greeting. Enjoyed dinner, and breakfast following morning. Very good staff in the restaurant, attentive and friendly.

Quite spacious and kept clean. Breakfast was superb and staff were courteous. Several eateries just across the road. Car park was rather dilapidated although I did not have any incident.

Tired and grotty. In need of a full refurb. Looks like a 1970’s concrete multi storey car park with some glass stuck on.

Comfotable atmosphere and furnishings friendly attenti e staff

The room was nice, clean and spacious the bed was a little hard but that’s down to preference so the sleep was a little uncomfortable. However, our surroundings was quite with no noise which was nice. They was a lot of amenities around with easy access which was great. So overall stay was nice would definitely stay here again.

Trying out a new hotel for Coventry Motorist for the team. Overall very happy, great rooms but only two members of bar staff knew how to pull a decent pint at the bar! The heads on some of the beer mean't you weren't getting a full pint, so to their frustration had to be told how to do it & remove the heads! Others tried to actively encourage a head on some pints, but thankfully as the beer had settled they couldn't. Apart from that all good. The entrance to the multi storey car park at the side was a bit grim & the car park itself a bit dark in places at night.

Really only used as a base as exhibiting at Coventry Motofest 2025

Loved the friendliness of the staff and the very smooth checking in and out. X
