Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry

WiFi didn’t work properly since I arrived. The front desk told upon arrival it wasn’t working but they were working on it. Unfortunately it didn’t work consistently for my entire six day stay, which made it very difficult to work.

Good location- walking distance to Coventry Station and nearby retail park. Loads of dining options closeby. Delicious full English! Friendly staff! Room was upgraded which is a bonus!

We had dinner in The Queen's Road restaurant . The food was excellent and our wait staff, Basanta and Darren were wonderful and very accommodating. My only complaint would be that I feel parking should be free for paying quests.

Was great for getting the train and walking into the city.

Good value

Great staff especially the manager nothing was any trouble, we had to move rooms because of a plumbing problem but he even helped move our bags. The area around the hotel was a bit dodgy but we only went out in day light.

The staff on reception were really friendly. I was given an upgrade to a suite without asking for one. The suite was superb. Check out was easy.

Room was very smelly and put us off rebooking in future
